About your Images
Please keep in mind that all web browsers and computers display images differently and your printed images may not appear as bright as they do on your monitor due to the backlight within your computer. I have carefully calibrated my monitor to provide the best color and editing techniques that represent my brand and correspond with the professional labs that I use. The images within your gallery may appear a little soft and flat in color. This is because the files uploaded are larger and prepared for you to download and print.
Terms and Conditions
- Once the digital files are downloaded, you are agreeing that you are satisfied with the images from your session and you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.
- The purchase of digital files is to reproduce additional prints, cards, albums or specialty products (puzzles, mugs, etc.) for personal use only. Images may not be altered in any way. This includes selective color or Instagram filters.
- Tara Brooks Photography retains all other rights, including the copyrights to all photographs, including for derivative works thereof, per Title 17 of the U.S. Code (US Copyright Act).
- The client may not use any of photographs for commercial or editorial purposes, such as entry into any contest or competition, advertisements, endorsements, or publication in magazines or newspapers without the express written authorization of Tara Brooks Photography.
Watermarks
Watermarks are only show within your gallery. They do not appear on the downloaded images.
Downloading your Digital Files
In order to download images to your computer, simply press the Download All Photos button located at the top of your gallery. You will be given a list of Zip Files. Due to the size of your images, downloading all your files at once could result in a session time-out, so I have broken up the files to download more efficiently. Once you've selected each zip file, your folders will be in the download folder on your computer. You may then move those folders to a folder of your choice. PLEASE BACK UP YOUR FILES IMMEDIATELY ON ANOTHER DEVICE. Tara Brooks Photography is not responsible for lost or damaged files and only holds files for up to one year.
Print Release
In order to print your images locally, you will be required to have a Print Release. Please keep in mind I do not recommend any local facilities for printing your images due to their quality. I strive to maintain proper color, quality, sharpness and an overall look to my images and sadly Walmart, CVS, etc., do not represent my work properly. Within the Print Release, I do recommend an online print company that will provide you with a higher quality image in addition to many other products. Again, I can only guarantee any images and products that are printed through Tara Brooks Photography. A copy of the Print Release is located in the Client Menu.
Ordering Prints
By selecting an image, you will be directed to a new page and off to the side you will see a menu with option to order Prints, Boutique or Canvas Items. Each section has a description with the products to help you with your selections. You may then add your images to your cart by choosing your image, selecting the print/product, quantity and add to cart.
Multiple Image Products
Images that require more than one selection such as collages or accordion books. Add that product to the cart and then find your image(s) you would like to add to that product. Choose add this image to my product.
